Tom Bailey - Director
Tom was working in arts events before he’d finished school. He has held posts at Zap Productions (2000), Same Sky (2002 - 2004), The World Famous (2004 - 2007) and Greenwich & Docklands Festivals (2007). Tom has worked on a huge range of projects and events, inside and out, at all different scales, nationally and internationally.
Tom set up HandSprung Productions in September 2007 with his friend and colleague Natasha.
Natasha Padbury - Associate Director
Natasha trained in Devised Theatre and has worked with Same Sky for seven years delivering project and production management on some of Brighton’s largest and most longstanding events. These include Burning the Clocks (2002-2009), the Childrens Parade (2004-2009), Festival of Light for Bloomsbury Festival (2006-2007) and Fallas events in Brighton and Nottingham.
She has also worked for a number of other arts organisations, including The World Famous, Brighton Festival and Compass Community Arts. She leads on the Production of Brighton Carnival and provides Production Management to Ragroof Theatre Company.
